Anyone Want A Cat?

This is Abby- she's spayed and 1 1/2yrs. old. She's a bit quirky and will really only let me hold and love her. The rest of the family finally decided they wanted a more "easy going" kitty but I said I didn't want more than one cat in the house. We ended up taking her to the Humane Society thinking they could just adopt her out and we would pick up a new kitten. Well...long story short, Abby wouldn't let them touch her (I am sure she was scared) and they said if they couldn't get her to calm down they would have to euthanize. So I paid $20 to have them take her and in the end another $30 to keep them from putting her "down". (I am too soft) Soooo the kids still got a new kitten- Gary (named after Sponge Bob's snail who meows) He's 7 mos. and very sweet. Now I'm stuck with two cats so if anyone knows of someone who would like her (preferably without kids or other cats) I think she'd do good in that situation! Gary was a little shy to start with but he's adjusting nicely!

We love that he lets anyone pet his tummy and love on him!

Abby is just plain ticked off that she has to share the house with another cat. You can just see it in her furled brow...
The only one who resonded to my Craigslist posting was a lady already with 43 cats! Abby can't handle one cat in the house I can't imagine she'd do well there! So- Anyone want a cat? I'll throw in some cat food!
